Sleep Pointe recently partnered with ACS Expedited Solutions to use the TripPak TruckStop Scanning network as a network to offer fleets sleep apnea compliance monitoring.
Drivers who use Sleep Pointe’s auto-titrating positive airway pressure machines now have the ability to send data from their machine through the TripPak Truck Stop Scanning network to a Sleep Pointe compliance portal managed by ACS.
Because studies show a high percentage of drivers suffer from sleep apnea which is a leading cause of interstate crashes, the National transportation and Safety Board has recommended requiring sleep apnea screening for drivers.
Sleep Pointe provides diagnostic and treatment solutions for the transportation industry.
