Alternative fuels conference set

A Green Transportation Conference focusing on alternative fuels and new vehicles is planned for Jan. 11 in Salem, Ore.
Hosted by McCoy Freightliner and Cascade Sierra Solutions, the event will be from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Salem Conference Center.
Presenters will include Freightliner Trucks and Custom Chassis, BAF Technologies, Allison Transmissions, Eaton Corp. and Shorepower Technologies. Freightliner is scheduled to present its Green for Free financing program. A ride and drive period will offer five vehicles, including Freightliner’s all-electric Custom Chassis medium-duty truck.
