The International ProStarInternational announced Thursday that James Wright is the winner of the Diamond Renewed Used Truck Giveaway promoted during the Mid-America Trucking Show in March.
Wright received his 2012 International ProStar at the company’s Nashville Used Truck Center. The tractor is equipped with a MaxxForce 13 engine and a 9-speed manual Eaton Fuller transmission.
“Receiving this truck is a dream come true, a thrill of a lifetime for my family and me,” said Wright, who drives for Knight Transportation. “My wife and I were looking to purchase a truck in the next several years, drive for a while and then retire. Now, with this ProStar, we can accelerate the timing of our goal.”
Wright recently turned in his company truck and leased his new tractor to Knight Transportation, effectively making him an owner-operator. He currently lives in eastern Arkansas with his wife, Katrina, and son, Billy.
