Charles Allen of Atlas Van Lines has been selected as the 2011 Special Commodities Super Van Operator by the American Moving and Storage Association.
Allen is an Atlas Professional Van Operator in the Specialized Transportation Group. Over the past 27 years, he has covered approximately 3 million miles and has received the Atlas Safe Operator Award for 16 consecutive years. Previously a household goods van operator, Allen transferred to the Specialized Transportation Group in 1999.
The AMSA Super Van Operator awards recognize drivers and owner-operators who provide the best in safe, reliable and customer-oriented truck transportation.
