ATRI seeking driver feedback on CSA

Roadcheck will cover North America.

Roadcheck will cover North America.

For the third year in a row, the American Transportation Research Institute wants to hear from drivers about their experiences with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s Compliance, Safety, Accountability program.

ATRI this week launched a survey aiming to gather information as to how CSA has impacted trucking operations. It also wants to learn more about drivers’ perceptions and attitudes toward FMCSA and what it calls a “maturing regulatory program.”

The survey is brief, ATRI says, and “driver are encouraged to provide confidential input on CSA through” the survey, the group says. Answers are all anonymous and results will be available later this year.

ATRI is a non-profit research organization. It is the research arm of the American Trucking Associations.

The survey is available at Click here to access it directly.

The CSA is NOT compliant with the Constitution when a driver such as my self get tickets from the D.O.T. police, I go to court and fight them.. Normally I win and have all tickets dismissed..
Now when i win in court i do it by challenging the STANDING OF THE COURT.. which means my tickets are INVALID and the court has NO standing and the Judge has to strike ALL TESTIMONY against me written and verbal… But the CSA state a federal REFUSE to remove the data from their records.. This is a clear violation of my Rights…

inspection its a good thing but here’s the kicker they can make money and a lots of money like california they can give you a fixed ticket and they can get A $25.00 for that because they said so….. are they really cares about the public or the money thing i never get it the scale or D.O.T need to meet some kind of coutas like california to keep there job…on this so called inspection are they really focus on safety or its been keep to get the attention of the manufacturing to make there product well made or just a big show to keep there budget, money making machine…..last thing is CSA if they really cares about the trucking how about give us a big help like stop politics Ensted focus on the industry not those people who dectate what there money can buy and twist the real issues
