Richard O’Connor of Hoover, Ala.,
hauls bulk liquid and dry carbonates
with this 2000 FLD132 Freightliner XL.

TODAY’S TIP: Maintain tire pressure and cut fuel costs. To reduce rolling resistance, check the pressure in all 18 tires and air them up at weekly to the manufacturer’s specifications. The trailer tires may belong to your carrier, but why pay the extra cost of pulling a trailer with under inflated tires?
