East Manufacturing announced that Waters Truck & Tractor/Waters International Trucks now is an authorized East dealer, offering East’s full line of flatbed, dropdeck and dump trailers. Con-way Freight opens two new service centers

Con-way Freight, an Ann Arbor, Mich.-based less-than-truckload company, opened two new service centers in Texas and Wisconsin. The new $3.7 million Central Texas service center in Robinson replaces an existing 22-door facility in Waco; it has 48 doors and an 18,870-square-foot dock. Old Dominion opens, relocates service centers

Old Dominion Freight Line opened a new 267-door service center in Memphis, Tenn. The Thomasville, N.C.-based less-than-truckload company said it invested more than $30 million in the facility that now employs 416, with plans to add 100 new jobs over the next two years.
