The Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance’s annual Brake Safety Week starts Sunday, Sept. 12.
The campaign runs through Sept. 18 and is part of CVSA’s Operation Air Brake program. The program is designed to raise awareness of brakes and brake issues by educating drivers, mechanics and others on the importance of proper brake inspection and maintenance.
CVSA-certified inspectors will be available during that week to talk about brakes. For more information go to www.cvsa.org/programs/op_airbrake.aspx.
