Brenner tank trailer on the small screen

Wabash National Corporation‘s Brenner brand tank trailers will be featured in an episode of the “How It’s Made” TV series premiering Thursday, April 9, at 9 p.m. Eastern on the cable Science Channel.

“All of us at Wabash National are excited to see one of our leading brands of tank trailers on the show,” said Dick Giromini, president and chief executive officer of Wabash National. “The Brenner brand has been around for more than 100 years, and now millions of viewers worldwide will get to see how our skilled associates build innovative Brenner transport tanks.”

Wabash National produces an extensive line of Brenner brand aluminum and stainless steel tank trailers to meet a wide array of needs in the chemical and petroleum markets. The segment for “How It’s Made” was filmed at the primary Brenner manufacturing operations in Fond du Lac, Wis. Brenner brand transport tanks are also produced in Lafayette, Indiana.

“How It’s Made,” which has been running since 2001, showcases how raw materials are transformed into final products. It airs on the Science Channel in the United States and on the Discovery Channel in Canada; both networks are owned by Discovery Communications, LLC.

Wabash National’s segment, “Chemical Tank Trailers,” previously aired in Canada on March 16.
