Driver detention pay has been increased $2, making the pay $17 per hour, Mondovi, Wis.-based Marten Transport  announced. The increase applies to drivers who have to wait more than two hours to be loaded or unloaded at customer locations.   A new IdleAir service has opened in at the Love’s truck stop off Interstate 10 at exit 302 near Benson, Ariz.  The shore power service provider will offer free, limited service through March 31. Walden Haulers Group driver Jonathan Bennett was named a Highway Angel for helping a motorist avert a medical emergency, the Truckload Carriers Association announced.
