Check the CSA report for one thing. If it’s bad go to your next pick. Check what deductions they take and for what, when and how do they pay. What area are they strong in? If you like to run the West coast, you don’t want to sign on with and Eastern Carrier. Check the turnover rate. If the oldest driver has been there for one year there has to be a reason. How are you treated (not by the recruiter) but dispatch, payroll and management people? This will tell you a lot about how you will be treated in the future.
