Con-way offers incentive plans

A new lease-purchase plan and a guaranteed team driver pay plan are being launched, Joplin, Mo.-based Con-way Truckload announced.
The so-called Destination Ownership program allows drivers who are in good standing and have one year’s service with the carrier to buy a fleet trade truck at low cost or through an affordable leasing program.
The Guaranteed Team Pay ensures that team drivers will be paid for a minimum of 5,000 miles per week, even if their miles miss that benchmark.
