Eat regular meals and do not skip breakfast. Skipping meals can lead to out-of-control hunger, resulting in overeating. When hungry, it’s also tempting to forget about good nutrition. Snacking between meals helps curb hunger, but don’t eat so much that your snack becomes an entire meal.
