Daily health tip: Find support

| January 23, 2010

Losing weight can be tough, but trying to lose it alone is even harder. If you are on a weight-loss journey, ask someone close to you to help. Having a buddy to walk with you at the truckstop, advise you not to eat that greasy hamburger or congratulate you when you meet your goal can make a world of difference. Whether communicating in person or over the phone, your support partner can encourage you to tackle this project. You don’t have to go at this alone. Find someone you trust and talk to them about your goal of losing weight.
