Daily health tip: Shop healthy

Eating healthy can be difficult if you do not have the food to do it. Change that. Make a list of healthy foods you enjoy. Chicken, fish, steamed vegetables, fruits and whatever else you enjoy can be found at the grocery store. Once you stock up on healthier foods, you don’t have the excuse of having nothing healthy available.
