Daily health tip: Weigh yourself

Pull out that dreaded scale and step on so you can get a good idea of where you stand weight-wise. Once you know your weight, track it after a week of healthy eating and exercise. See what works and what causes the number to come down. Regularly weigh yourself to watch progress, but also don’t get discouraged if it takes some time and effort.
