Diesel price rises again

For the ninth week in the past 10, the national average retail price of a gallon of diesel increased this week, according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration. The price rose 0.4 cent to $3.078 in the latest week.
Most regions reported small increases, while the East Coast, including the Central Atlantic and Lower Atlantic, and California reported meager declines. The Rocky Mountain price increased 2.8 cents to $3.137. Prices ranged from $3.025 in the Lower Atlantic to $3.227 in California.
