Diesel prices up again

For the fourth straight week, the national average retail price of a gallon of diesel increased this week. The price gained 2 cents to $2.924, according to the Department of Energy.
Compared with a year ago, the national average price is 90.7 cents a gallon higher.
All regions reported higher prices. Increases ranged from less than a penny on the West Coast and New England to 3.3 cents in the Rocky Mountain area. New England, the Central Atlantic, the West Coast and California all are above $3 a gallon.
