Diesel prices continue to tumble

| December 18, 2012

The average price in the U.S. for a gallon of diesel dropped again this week — 4.6 cents to $3.945 — marking the second week in a row that the price has been below $4. The weekly average is still nearly 12 cents higher than the same week in 2011, but prices did fall in all regions.

Not sure I would call it tumbling prices? I mean going for just over $4 a gallon to just under is not tumbling.
