Hardee’s is home of the Thickburger. While the large hamburger may look good, its nutrition info is not near as attractive. Here’s how the Hardee’s 1/3-pound Original Thickburger stacks up against the Hardee’s Small Hamburger.

Calories:

1/3-pound Original Thickburger has 770 calories.

Small Hamburger has 310 calories.

Difference: 460, or 23 percent of your daily calorie intake based on a 2,000-calorie diet.

Grams of fat:

1/3-pound Original Thickburger has 48g total fat, 16g saturated fat.

Small Hamburger has 15g total fat, 4g saturated fat.

Difference: 33g total fat, 12g saturated fat

The Hardee’s 1/3-pound Original Thickburger has double the calories, more than triple the total fat and four times the saturated fat of the Small Hamburger. This one’s a no-brainer.
