As a mover, I had spent the last two weeks happily shifting tons of furniture and bumping along in an ancient semi that felt every line painted on the highway. Six families had been eased into new homes in five different states. The weekend had finally arrived!

Leisurely finishing my breakfast, I contemplated the day’s activities: some relaxing reading or a rewarding weight-lifting session; maybe just combing one of Tampa’s beaches.
