The group of nominees is the most numerous yet, featuring more than 85 women from rookies to veterans from all walks of life and hauling all sorts of freight. This first round of voting helps pare down the field to a group of 10 semifinalists.

Overdrive‘s Most Beautiful 2014 winner Emily Ann Weymouth of Charlton, Massachusetts, was crowned at The Great American Trucking Show in Dallas in August. Weymouth says she doesn’t mind getting dirty while hauling motor oil, transmission fluid and other lubricants for Dennison Lubricants.

“I do it as well as or better than the boys,” she says. When the 30-year-old blonde climbs out of her truck, she may be covered in grease, but her million-watt smile stuns most observers into silence.

Maggie Stone“Usually, jaws drop, and people just stare,” she says. She doesn’t mind and says she loves the challenge of being a hard-working woman in a man’s world.

In 2013, the first year of the contest, independent owner-operator Maggie Stone won the title.

“A person’s soul is what dictates beauty, and what they do for other people,” Stone said. “It’s an honor to be chosen to represent so many beautiful women in such a great industry.”

Below is Stone’s message about what it was like to be the first winner of Overdrive’s Most Beautiful.
