Health tip: Bring nuts

When hunger pangs strike on the road, chomp on a handful or two of almonds, peanuts or mixed nuts.  They’re high in protein, making them a more satisfying snack than chips. They’re easy to pack and access, and they help keep your blood sugar levels in check. Look for nuts that are roasted and unsalted.
