Health tip: Savor your meals

Spend time enjoying your meals – don’t scarf them down as fast as you can. The slower you eat, the fuller your body will feel. This will not only curb post-meal hunger, but offer a more accurate telling of how hungry you actually are while eating.

    You ARE kidding, aren’t you? With dispatchers, shippers, recievers and everyone in between TELLING YOU when you will be there to load/unload, who has time to savor your meal? Have you been around truckstops and seen drivers chewing on their Subway sandwich while pulling out or pulling away from the fuel pumps? This is the ACTUAL world we live in, not Smokey and The Bandit.
