Effective Jan. 5, all drivers will receive a 1-cent increase across the board. Additional packages for tarp, detention, layover and breakdown pay also will be increased. These increases will be followed by an additional 1-cent increase in February.

Starting pay now will range from 42 to 47 cents, based upon experience, and the ceiling rate will increase to 49 cents.

The Monroeville, Ala.-based flatbed hauler added 50 trucks and 50 trailers in 2014, and in 2015 the company will add 50 trucks and 75 trailers beginning in January.
