Tennessee Department of Transportation contract crews will close lanes on Interstate 40 East and Sam Cooper Boulevard in Memphis this weekend to continue repairs to the bridge on I-40 over Sam Cooper.
Beginning Feb. 25 at 8 p.m. through March 2 at 6 a.m., I-40 East will have two lanes closed and two lanes open. Sam Cooper will have one lane closed and one lane open. The work will continue for several more weekends.
All work is weather dependent.
