Taco Bell and Pizza Hut Express opened at the Joplin 44 Petro near Interstate 44 off of Exit 4 in Joplin, Mo., as part of an expansion. The truck stop is planning to add a Blimpie sandwich eatery and has already an Iron Skillet full-service restaurant.
A new chrome shop, custom vinyl and embroidery shop, new restrooms and automatic entrance doors are part the expansion, which is expected to be finished early next year, said Heather DeBaillie, Iowa 80 Group Inc. market manager.
