Lead drivers in the South and Midwest, contractors and lease-purchase contractors are eligible for a pay increase, KLLM Transportation Services, based in Jackson, Miss., announced.
Southeast regional lead drivers will receive a pay increase ranging from 23 percent to 25 percent, and Midwest regional lead drivers will get an increase ranging from 39 cents per mile to 43 cents per mile.
Pay for regional percentage-paid contractors and lease-purchase contractors will increase to 72 percent of revenue, while over-the-road, mileage-paid contractors and lease-purchase contractors will receive up to $1.50 per mile depending on length of haul.
