In it, we take you back through the performances at this year’s Overdrive/Red Eye Radio Trucker Talent Search at the Great American Trucking Show in Dallas — it might be the best we’ve had to date in my view, and not only because the one and only Bill Weaver warmed up the crowd to start it with none other than his “Mr. D-O-T.” … (You’re welcome, Bill.)
All three competitors — eventual winner Richard Woods, Michael Lochmiller and Terrance Mathis — knocked it out of the park. Tony Justice, who needs no introduction, finishes things off two tracks from his “Stars, Stripes and White Lines” record, out earlier this summer.
