Magazines' Readers Win Big Bucks

Readers of Truckers News, Overdrive, Commercial Carrier Journal and eTrucker.com recently won up to $2,500 for participating in surveys last year.

Dale Palmer of Cleveland won the $2,500 grand prize for the 2001 drawing.

Three readers won $500: Maryanne Cordo, Las Vegas; Steven Hoekstra, St. Anne, Ill.; Bryant Larsen, Kingsburg, Calif.

Ten readers each won $100: David Bates, Douglasville, Ga.; Bryan Davis, Oxford, N.Y.; Robert Fickel, Salem, Ohio; Earl Hillis, McMinnville, Tenn.; Tony Hunt, Hudson, Fla.; Dan Mees, Las Vegas; Norman Olson, La Moure, N.D.; Russell Roper, Webb City, Mo.; Thomas Short, Fyffe, Ala.; and Larry Trierwiler, Sauk Centre, Minn.

Truck drivers, fleet owners and others in the trucking industry complete and return surveys for a chance to win $2,500, $500 or $100. Fourteen winners are selected.
