Mintling trucks with her husband and their two dogs, Huck and Belle. A recent cancer survivor, she tries to lend a hand to anyone who needs help. Her husband says you might see her with mud on her face, sweat in her hair or even with her nails broken, but you will never see her with a broken spirit. “She has the skills to be called a trucker and the beauty to be called a lady!”

Michelle has been behind the wheel and looking out over that hood for over ten years. Driving makes her smile and her smile makes you, well, it make you smile! Her ability to keep the load moving and her ability to do what it takes to get it there makes her a true asset in the Mintling operation. In early 2014 Michelle was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer and was side tracked for a few months. Two surgeries,12 rounds of chemo, and the discovery of skin cancer never keep her down. Michelle was determined to get back on the road and do what she loves. She set a goal and with one day to spare, she climbed back into her truck, ground some gears, and has been moving freight ever since. You might see her with mud on her face, sweat in her hair, or even with her nails broken, but you will never see her with a broken spirit! She has the skills to be called a trucker and the beauty to be called a Lady! Usually you see her smile when she has beaten you to the delivery which is nice to see, but second place is hard to handle! Michelle is first in line to work hard, knows how to play hard, and does it all without knowing just how beautiful she is. Inner and outer beauty in one package this trucker knows her stuff.
