CRC Industries has introduced Siloo Anti-Freeze Booster, a cooling system treatment made specifically for heavy trucks. It recharges the additives in worn-out anti-freeze so you don’t have to spend time and money flushing and replacing gallons of anti-freeze, says the company. It works with conventional or extended-life coolants to protect, clean, and fight rust and corrosion. A special anti-foam agent prevents cavitation and pitting, which can erode the cylinder lining, says CRC.

Thirteen-Pole Plug and Socket
Cole Hersee Company has introduced its new 13-pole plug and socket that provide six extra contacts within the standard configuration of a tractor-trailer connection. The 13-pole plug eliminates the risk of misconnection by enabling operators or connects all trailer circuits with just one plug, says the company. The pole plug conforms to the requirement of interchangeability between 13 and seven-pole sockets and adapts to a variety of wiring combinations. A glass-filled, plastic construction prevents rust and corrosion, and an “O” ring prevents moisture from reaching the contacts.
