Alabama driver wins Mercer-NASCAR Sweepstakes
Jackie Walden, a flatbed owner-operator for Proud American Transport, won Mercer Transportation’s Drive to Win NASCAR sweepstakes, which was open to all drivers. The Decatur, Ala., resident receives a travel package for two to the 50th anniversary Daytona 500 celebration Feb. 13-18. Walden will receive tickets in the Nextel tower for the qualifying races, truck series race, Busch Series race and the Daytona 500 NASCAR Nextel Cup Series race, among other prizes.
