Shorepower Technologies and Cascade Sierra Solutions are sponsoring a free one-hour online seminar on truck stop electrification.
Scheduled for 11 a.m. Pacific/2 p.m. Eastern Nov. 15, “Truck Stop Electrification: The Time Has Come” will offer presentations from organizations deploying TSE, as well as from truck stop operators and equipment manufacturers. A Q&A session will follow.
Among topics to be covered are TSE’s history, where it’s available and where it’s planned, what equipment is needed to tap into shore power pedestals, what manufacturers of shore power-compatible equipment are offering and what rebates are available for purchase of such equipment.
Shorepower Technologies and Cascade are teaming to deploy TSE at 50 truck stops around the country, through the federally funded Shorepower Truck Electrification Project. Cascade is also offering $10 million in rebates for shore power-compatible equipment.
