The update comes with many new features that allow companies to automate their fuel taxes, including the importing of GPS tracking points and dispatch data, and features for importing fuel purchases from a variety of sources.

ProMiles has also added new reports. Almost all reports can now be saved in a wide variety of popular formats, including industry standard XML. The program’s ability to export data allows a company to integrate fuel tax reporting with existing accounting and settlement programs.

In addition to data importing and exporting tools, ProMiles Fuel Tax integrates with the ProMiles mileage and routing system, a combination which allows both automatic and manual importing of trips, and lets users look at and edit fuel tax trips on a map.
