S.C. World’s Largest Truck Convoy set for Sept. 30

The South Carolina edition of the series of “World’s Largest Truck Convoys” benefiting Special Olympics is set for September 30, organizers say, anchored at the SC Farmer’s Market in West Columbia. In addition to the convoy, the event will include games (“dunk-a-cop” included), a D.J., a BBQ lunch, an antique truckshow and awards.

Organizers hope for an “awesome day” and to build on their event last year, which raised approximately $23,000 for Special Olympics.
