SAF-Holland, a global manufacturer of fifth wheels, announced that its Holland standard-duty fifth-wheel models are now a published option on Navistar’s International truck models and available for online installation. Select FW35, FW17,and FWAL models are now published and available for online installation, with additional part numbers with released feature codes also available.
“SAF-Holland is honored to once again have our fifth wheels available for online installation on International trucks,” said Ron Froese, director of OEM sales for the Powered Vehicles Business unit. “This is an important first step as we continue to work with Navistar to expand our offering and bring International dealers and our mutual end users industry-leading products, using the easiest and most efficient ordering and installation avenues available.”
The FW35 fifth wheel includes NoLube and LowLube options. The FW17 is a lightweight cast-steel fifth wheel designed as an economical solution for weight-conscious fleets. The lightweight FWAL is made with Alcoa forged aluminum.
SAF-Holland also recently announced that its Neway ADZ Rear Air Suspension is now a published option for Peterbilt Motors’ vocational trucks.
