Schneider National is offering sign-on bonuses to both company and owner-operator teams who are hired before June 30. Those with prior driving experience will earn $6,000 per driver when joining Schneider’s Van Truckload division, while recent driving school graduates will earn $3,500 per driver.
Also, company teams will drive Schneider’s newest equipment. This year, the company is introducing 3,000 brand-new trucks into the fleet at a rate of 75 per week. Each is equipped with the latest technology to ensure safety and comfort, the company says.
