Updated Jun 13, 2013

The Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission will start a major rehabilitation project on the Easton-Phillipsburg Toll Bridge, which carries U.S. Route 22 across the Delaware River between Easton, Pa. and Phillipsburg, N.J., on Monday,  June 17. Travel on the toll bridge will be reduced to from two lanes in each direction to single lanes in each direction for 15 of the next 18 months. These single lanes will have 10-foot widths on the bridge. Oversized vehicles and permit loads will not be permitted on the bridge for the next six months.
