Sharp-looking Rigs

A FINE FIELD TRIP
Nolan Eckhardt, age 11, of Lander, Wyo., submitted this photograph because he’s so proud of the 2001 Freightliner FLD 135 Classic Condo owned by his father, Kelly.

When not in school, Nolan enjoys the hum of the 600-hp Cummins Signature as he rides with his father, who hauls livestock and hay.

RESTORED BEAUTY
Sam Delia worked five years to restore this 1977 Kenworth W900A, powered by a 350-hp Cummins. Now instead of commercial hauling, the truck visits antique shows around Frenchtown, N.J.
