Shell Rotella's 2010 SuperRigs' Best in Show -- Jerry Heiderscheit's 2003 Peterbilt 379More than $30,000 in cash and prizes will be on the line at Shell Rotella SuperRigs’ 30th anniversary competition May 17-19 at the Speedco in Joplin, Mo.
A truck parade will be held in downtown Joplin, as well as concerts and fireworks.
Speedco will host this year’s event adjacent to its Joplin store, just off I-44 at exit 11. Speedco will also hold a grand re-opening celebration for the Joplin location, which was severely damaged by last year’s tornado.
Owner-operators will compete for cash and prizes. Additionally, 12 drivers will have their trucks featured in the 2013 Shell Rotella SuperRigs calendar. Every contest entrant will receive a gift package valued at more than $50 while supplies last.
