The new Spring issue of Overdrive’s Custom Rigs is available at select Petros and  Flying J truck stops, as well as Custom Rigs’ Preferred Partner chrome shops.

A sample of stories from the Spring issue can be viewed at the Custom Rigs website here. Subscription information also can be found at the website.

“We are featuring five really fine customized trucks, including a pair of old Macks owned by a father and son in Colorado and a one-of-a-kind Peterbilt created by the Chrome Shop Mafia gracing the cover,” says Bruce W. Smith, Custom Rigs editor.

In addition to the magazine’s standard pictorials of custom big rigs and event coverage, Smith says the March issue also includes a buyer’s guide to MIG/TIG welders and a look at the newest in sound systems, DVD players, navigational units, LED flat-screens and cell phone accessories.

“We have a how-to-install a state-of-the-art twin-stick shifter system and how to build your own subwoofer box for a sleeper,” adds Smith. “All good items for readers who are getting their trucks ready for the spring/summer truck show season around the country.”
