Caterpillar dealers form all-makes truck service network
The network initially will consist of 65 locations with 450 service bays across 12 states, with potential for other Cat dealers to join. The RIG360 network has a â90-Minute Promise,â which states it will make an initial diagnosis of a truckâs condition, troubleshoot the issue, and deliver a verdict within 90 minutes.

After error, payments to be reissued in Caterpillar ACERT engine settlement
Caterpillar has said it will be reissuing checks to former ACERT engine owners who were part of a $60 million class action settlement reached with the company in 2016. According to court documents, a calculation error caused the checks to be lower than class members were owed.
