A U.S. House subcommittee has scheduled a May 5 hearing to assess programs at the Los Angeles and Long Beach ports.
The cross-border trucking program with Mexico, a driver screening Web site, the Illiana Expressway, IdleAire and truck-only toll lanes in Florida are among the issues featured.
The two sides will square off over driver classification aspects of the port’s drayage emissions-limiting program.
