Idaho governor warns hemp haulers to stick to interstates under new hemp transportation law
Idaho Gov. Brad Little issued an executive order to resolve any conflicts between state and federal law when it comes to transporting hemp through the state. Hemp haulers can only transport the crop on or near interstates and must stop at the first port of entry for an inspection of the hemp load.
