The national average diesel price has nearly stagnated, dropping just seven-tenths of a cent to $4.027 a gallon during the week ended Dec. 3, says the Department of Energy.
Following a 5.6-cent per gallon drop in diesel last week, the national average retail diesel price has dropped 3.4 cents to $4.116 a gallon this week.
