Could EOBRs solve the detention dilemma?
EOBRs can give owner-operators a powerful tool when dealing with customers and the shipping/receiving facilities relative to detention time. Given that stopped time and location is easily retrievable with the systems, operators now have ready-made documentation to prove detention time to the shipper, beyond just driversâ word.
