Stop opens in St. George, S.C.

A Pilot Flying J travel plaza has opened in St. George, S.C., at Exit 77 off Interstate 95 on U.S. Highway 78, says a spokeswoman for the travel center franchise. Pilot buys Grand Forks, N.D. stop

The recently purchased truck stop at 4401 S. 32nd Ave., in Grand Forks., N.D. will be remodeled by mid-January, Pilot Flying J says of its acquisition. The travel center will feature four fuel islands and eight diesel islands. Drivers will also have access to diesel exhaust fluid and biodiesel at the pump, a CAT scale, laundry services, 10 automated showers and 141 parking spaces for trucks.

Loves opens new Fla. stop

A new Love’s Travel Stop is open in Cottondale, Fla., at exit 130 off Interstate 10. The stop has 98 truck spaces, DEF dispensers at the diesel islands, CAT scales, five showers, RFID cardless fueling technology and a Love’s Truck Tire Care center.
