Truck driver and singer-songwriter Tony Justice will headline the Take a Load Off with GATS and Uber Freight party on Friday, Aug. 25, during the Great American Trucking Show at Eddie Deen’s Ranch, just across the street from the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center.

Justice will be joined by Australian singer-songwriter Jayne Denham and fellow trucker Bill Weaver for performances during the event. Justice’s four records since 2011 have driven the rise in his profile among truckers. Justice drives for Greeneville, Tenn.-based Everhart Transportation Inc.

Doors will open at Eddie Deen’s at 5 p.m., and the party will go until 8 p.m. with free barbecue sandwiches. A free ticket is required for admission and can be picked up at the Uber Freight booth in Lobby B near the main entrance to the show floor.
