IdleAir adds four Pilot stops, five dedicated facilities

IdleAir announced at the Great American Trucking Show last week it now operates five dedicated facilities with single terminals in conjunction with C.R. england, Con-way Truckload, CalArk, Werner Enterprises and TSA/Panamex. The truck stop electrification service provides a/c, heat, 120V electricity, high-speed Internet and DirectTV. The company announced it plans to open five more carrier-dedicated terminals by early 2015. Love’s now offering freight factoring; low rates, free remote processing

The Joplin 44 Petro in Joplin, Mo., has added a Dairy Queen/Orange Julius to its food court. It opened earlier this month and offers a full line of ice cream and fruit smoothie produces, as well as hot dogs and Panini sandwiches, the truck stop says.  Joplin 44's food court also has a Taco Bell, Pizza Hut Express and Caribou Coffee.
